Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation Policy


This Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms of Use ("Terms"). By purchasing or renewing a Subscription, you agree to both this Policy and our Terms of Use.


For the purposes of this Policy, "Platform" means our website, educational content, videos, AI chat services, downloadable resources and any related digital products or services made available to subscribers.


Defined terms contained within the Terms of Use shall apply.

Subscription at a Glance

Subscription Plans

We offer Monthly rolling, Annual pay monthly, and Annual pay in advance and Annual Plus pay in advance Subscription plans. Your Subscription begins when payment has been successfully processed and provides access to the Subscription content and features included within your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive Subscription periods, in accordance with this policy, unless cancelled before your next scheduled renewal payment is processed.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are payable in advance. All prices are displayed before purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Taxes will be added where required by law. Subscription payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted access to the Platform, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period unless cancelled beforehand. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge your nominated payment method for each renewal until your Subscription is cancelled. Depending on your Subscription type you may revert to a Monthly Subscription or renew. Annual Pay Monthly and Annual Pay in Advance revert to Monthly; Annual Plus renews.

Renewal Reminder

For Annual Pay Monthly and Annual Pay in Advance and Annual Plus Subscriptions, as a courtesy, we aim (but are not obliged) to send a renewal reminder approximately 14–30 days before renewal. Monthly Subscriptions generally renew without reminder. Failure to receive or read a reminder does not invalidate an automatic renewal. Where applicable law requires additional renewal notices, we will provide them.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid your next Subscription charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal payment is processed. Access continues until the end of your current paid Subscription period. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Subscription.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. No refunds or credits are provided for unused portions after the billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Annual Pay Monthly Subscription

Annual Pay Monthly Subscriptions are a 12-month commitment that is charged monthly until cancelled or the expiry of the 12-month commitment. They can be cancelled at any time, no refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a month after the billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law but no future scheduled payments will be taken. On the anniversary of the 12 month commitment, you will revert to a Monthly Subscription unless you proactively request another 12 month commitment.

Annual Pay in Advance Subscription

Annual Pay in Advance Subscriptions are purchased as a single twelve (12) month Subscription payable upfront. As they are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a twelve-month commitment, no refunds or credits are provided for unused portions after commencement, except where required by applicable law. Annual Pay in Advance Subscriptions revert to a Monthly Subscription if not actively renewed.

Annual Plus Subscription

Annual Plus Subscriptions are anything above a single twelve (12) month Subscription. As they are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a greater than twelve-month commitment, no refunds or credits are provided for unused portions after commencement, except where required by applicable law. Annual Plus Subscriptions will renew on the same terms and duration if not actively cancelled.

Refund Policy

As you have requested immediate access to your Subscription, Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the Subscription period has commenced. Cancelling prevents future renewals and no future scheduled payments will be taken. Refunds may be granted only where required by law or where expressly offered by us. Requests for refunds outside this policy may be considered at our sole discretion. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the relevant app store's billing and refund policies.

Immediate Access to Digital Services

Your Subscription provides immediate access to digital content and digital services. Your Subscription commences immediately after successful payment and you will have completed the required checkout acknowledgements before purchase.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, we may retry payment, request updated payment details, suspend access, or cancel your Subscription if payment remains outstanding. Repeated failed payments may result in termination. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

Price Changes

We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Price changes apply only to future Subscription periods. Where required by applicable law, or otherwise at our discretion, we may provide advance notice before a price change takes effect.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription or access to your Subscription in accordance with the Terms, including unauthorised account sharing, misuse of the Platform, infringement of intellectual property, fraudulent activity or other prohibited conduct. Suspension or termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable law.

Country-Specific Consumer Rights

Consumer protection laws vary between countries, states and regions. If the laws applicable in your place of residence provide mandatory rights relating to Subscription renewals, cancellations, cooling-off periods or refunds that differ from this Policy, those mandatory rights apply to the extent required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, Germany, Israel, South Africa, Türkiye and certain states within the United States. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
