No. The Real World runs as a progressive web app, so it installs straight from this website: no App Store, no Play Store, no waiting for approval. It updates itself, so you are always on the current version. Download The Real World app on any device.

You can cancel at any time in your account settings (the membership portal). To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal payment is processed. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. On an annual pay-monthly plan, cancelling stops all future scheduled payments.

Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current access immediately.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first. For annual plans the team aims to send a renewal reminder roughly 14 to 30 days beforehand as a courtesy; monthly plans generally renew without a reminder. Not receiving a reminder does not stop the renewal.

Refunds are governed by the Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation Policy. In short, no refunds or credits are given for unused time once a billing period has started, except where the law requires otherwise, because access begins immediately after payment. Cancelling stops future payments. Requests outside the policy may be considered at NEL's discretion via support. Read the full policy for the detail that applies to your plan.

Yes. Members are in more than 100 countries. Membership is billed in USD by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover; your location only changes the currency you earn in. The platform and lessons are in English today; additional languages are in development for the videos and the platform itself.

There is no minimum age to learn. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before you sign up. The age at which parental consent is required is set by the law of your own country, and that is the rule that applies to you.
